UniServ Consultant - Portland Association of Teachers (PAT)
The employee in this position will help the Oregon Education Association achieve its Mission, Vision, and Core Values by carrying out a variety of tasks related to membership growth, bargaining, advocacy, organizing, training, recruiting, and retaining members in assigned local(s).Working under the general direction of the Executive Director, Director of Advocacy and Affiliate Services and/or designee, the employee will work with colleagues, UniServ Councils, leaders, and members to integrate elements of OEA and the local organizing, bargaining, political, advocacy, and membership plans.
Advocacy & Affiliate Services Manager
The Advocacy & Affiliate Services Manager’s primary purpose is to act as a manager, leader and supervisor of the field operation, the bargaining program of the Oregon Education Association (OEA), and other identified programs. Duties include the supervision of Organizers, UniServ Consultants and identified Associate Staff.

Staff Accountant
The Oregon Education Association is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will maintain the financial records of the OEA, OEA PAC and the OEA Foundation. The position requires experience, as well as up-to-date knowledge and skills, in accounting and accounting-related computer programs to assist the Center for Business & Finance.
