OEA Data Management Systems Specialist

The Oregon Education Association is looking for an experienced Data Management Systems Specialist to join our team. The person in this position will approach the work with an equity lens and help integrate higher level data operations throughout all levels of the organization including supporting staff and member trainings, building of data use protocols, and development of systems that are accessible to leaders throughout the organization. This position will help coordinate with over 200 individual School Districts and Community College members throughout Oregon to ensure smooth and timely processes information. This position is responsible for monitoring and validating member data systems to ensure their security, protection, and proper arrangement.
