  • You’ll have access to all benefits listed under Early Enrollment (on the left), in addition to the benefits below:

  • Lead the profession! Full voting rights in union elections and contract ratification votes (for contract updates and renewals)

  • Cover your bases! Access to OEA’s Office of Legal Services

  • Get engaged! Run for leadership positions at your local, state, or national level!
