Join us for our 2018 Conflict Resolution Workshop series.
Three upcoming workshops will cover the natural instincts people rely on when they disagree over motivations, values, ideas or needs. Participants will learn to recognize their own reactions and how to adopt a more emotionally intelligence response to conflict triggers. Emotional intelligence grows as we develop the skills to recognize, understand, and use emotions successfully when managing our day-to-day interactions with others. These skills will be helpful to members as they gain competence in helping others reflect and manage their interpersonal conflicts.
Workshops are facilitated by Tsipora Dimant, Program Coordinator for the Beaverton Dispute Resolution Center. Tsipora has over 20 years of experience mediating business, workplace, family and neighborhood conflicts.
