In-Person Learning & Safety Concerns

From the beginning of this pandemic, Oregon educators have made it clear that they support getting students back into the classroom once it can be done safely. We hear, understand, and share the frustration expressed by many in our communities about the uncertainty this pandemic has caused for our public education system, and the long-standing educational disparities that continue to be exacerbated by reopening plans that fail to truly center student equity. We must continually advocate for the safest possible policies and resources in bringing students back into our buildings.

As we begin the transition back into in-person learning, please use this form to help OEA track safety violations and concerns you have related to your worksite. Please note that this is NOT an official reporting tool - if you would like to file a complaint with OSHA regarding workplace safety concerns, go here. If you have questions about this form or its intended use, email webadmin@oregoned.org.
