Educator Evaluation Workshops
Designed to support district teams working together to implement local evaluation and support systems, the Educator Evaluation workshops will provide hands-on training, technical assistance and coaching, including important guidance on:
- Collaboratively designing a quality system for professional growth
- Multiple Measures, including Student Learning and Growth Goals
- Resources for developing your system, including tools, templates and models
- Best practices for implementation of your system
These workshops are being provided through a partnership of the Oregon Department of Education, OEA’s Center for Great Public Schools, COSA and the Chalkboard Project. OEA leaders, Great Public Schools staff and coaches from districts involved in piloting evaluation systems this year will share their experience and expertise.
