OEA's Guide for New Community College Faculty, created by OEA's Center for Teaching and Learning, provides tips and resources specifically designed to assist new community college faculty members as they acclimate to their new position and to the Association.

NEA's site on higher education has an abundance of resources including member publications, research, hot topics, and advice from colleagues in your profession.

NEA also provides you access to the Higher Education Contract Analysis System (HECAS) which contains up-to-date information about current employment contracts for higher education employees.

The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) also has a higher-education site touching on topics and materials about colleges and universities.
