Sizemore Gave False Answers on Tax Forms

The Oregonian reports that on forms Sizemore filed to get out of jail, he answered "no" about whether a Nevada-based tax-exempt foundation he oversees had tried to influence "a legislative matter or referendum." Additionally, Sizemore answered "no" to whether any officers or directors of the foundation were relatives. Both sets of answers are false.
