OEA Foundation

RA delegates can look forward to silent auctions and raffles supporting our OEA Foundation.  Plan to visit the Foundation tables in the lobby to check out the prizes!  The Awards Banquet will feature both a live and silent auction.  If you have an item you wish to donate as an auction or raffle prize for the Foundation, please contact John Larson, OEA Vice President, with all Foundation-related questions at, or 503-495-2124 or 541-571-5000.

When making reservations by phone, be sure to mention you are with the Oregon Education Association Rep Assembly to receive the rates listed below.  The hotel requires that all reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card or with a deposit (check or money order) covering the first night’s room and tax. 

Hotel rates for the OEA RA are:                   
Single (1 person, 1 bed)                                  $119.00
Double (2 people, 2 beds)                               $125.00          
(add 14.5% tax for all rooms)

OEA RA Awards Banquet Registration - CLOSED

RA Awards Banquet registration closed on April 4, 2016. If you have questions about your attendance at the event, contact Erika Marion at or 1-800-858-5505, x 2172 or (503) 495-2172.

Delegates who live between 50 and 100 miles away will be reimbursed for Saturday night’s lodging only if they attend the banquet.  ALL delegates are encouraged to attend the banquet.  It is a wonderful opportunity to socialize, to be inspired and to celebrate the great work of members and colleagues in public education.  

This year’s banquet seating will be reserved only for award recipients. We will be downstairs again this year and look forward to a great evening.
